Perspectives: Paradise

The effects of the Ivy Mike hydrogen bomb are experienced in this VR game 10 km from the ground zero. Players get to walk on top of a nuclear waste site and meet people living on the atoll today.

“Paradise” is a VR experience that takes place on Enewetak Atoll in the Pacific Ocean, site of the world’s first hydrogen bomb test in 1952. The player experiences the explosion from 10 kilometers away, and then explores the nuclear testing site and meets the people who live there.
