Compound is an exciting new VR roguelite with a distinctive pixel-art style and loads of creative weaponry for players to enjoy. The game has been going through steady development since its initial release in 2018 and most recently released a 1.0 version, available on PC VR. Players have already given the game positive reviews, making it one of the top rated games according to Steam, with an impressively high 97% rating.
The developer behind Compound, Bevan “NotDead” McKechnie has now announced that they will be launching on Quest 2 this coming Monday (December 8th). It will include all the same content as the PC VR version except leaderboards and achievements but still run at 80Hz without needing any compromises visually. Sadly though it won’t be available for original Quest owners due to compatibility issues being out of reach right now.
