Using their hands instead of an Oculus Quest controller, Silhouette is one of the most unique virtual reality puzzle games around. Developed by Team Panoptes, known for PC VR game Panoptic, players guide shadow creatures to safety manipulating light, walls and environments with nothing but their hands. Offering 28 puzzles across four seperate envrionments, the new game promises 3-4 hours of total gameplay according to UploadVR.
In our preview last year we were impressed with how closely it couples virtual interaction with physical action; casting shadows allows players to uncover fun solutions like using your shadow hand as a bridge or controlling water streams that really take advantages of its hand tracking mechanics. Available now on Meta Quest for $9.99, Silhouette offers something new and immersive in comparison to many other popular titles out there today making it worth checking out if you’re looking for a unusual way to play!
