A new trailer for Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate Episode II has premiered at the UploadVR Showcase – Winter 2022, and it looks to be a captivating sci-fi adventure. The game is being produced by MyDearest; with 92% of reviewers on the Quest store rating its first chapter five stars, the project’s reception points to a demand for its anime style and themes.
MyDearest recently announced that Dyschronia will also be part of PSVR 2 launch titles when it releases in February 22nd 2023, which gives more players an opportunity to explore this world.
Players take on the role as Hal Scion, an investigator that possesses a past manipulation spell called retrodiction allowing him to change the past in order to unearth secrets from the future. With help from your support robot Lily and augmented dreaming technique, you solve crimes while exploring two sides of a mysterious city – reality versus dreamscape – uncovering truths hidden beyond one version of itself.
