Apple has extended an historically rare invitation to XR media outlets, including Road to VR, for the upcoming WWDC keynote. This move comes amidst many reports indicating that Apple will be revealing their first foray into the XR space during this highly anticipated event on June 5th. Much speculation in regards to whether they’ll be leaning most into AR, VR, or MR exists and keen industry watchers are hopeful that Apple’s entrance into the market could bring much needed usability advances which have historically held XR back from more mainstream usage. We’ll just have to wait until we are there ourselves to find out what secrets Apple holds!
